Job summary

Hilltop-Park-Rehabilitation-and-Care-Cente is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Weatherford, TX team. You will collaborate with the Medical Director and attending physician to plan and deliver nursing services for residents.

In this role you will help develop nursing plans, assist with resident evaluations, and complete documentation. A $1,000 sign-on bonus applies for full-time employment, with commitment to growing your clinical skills.
