Job summary

Legacy at Town Creek in Texas is seeking a registered nurse (RN) or licensed practical nurse (LPN/LVN) to join our care team. You will collaborate with the Medical Director and attending physician to evaluate residents and plan nursing services, and you will support colleagues in delivering compassionate care.

An active LPN/LVN license in good standing is required. Night shifts are available (6pm–6am). A $1,500 sign-on bonus for full-time employment is paid after 30, 60, and 90 days.

Qualifications

• Must have an active LPN/LVN license in good standing with the State Board of Nursing.
• Willingness to work night shifts (6pm–6am).

Responsibilities

• Conferring with the Medical Director and attending physician regarding residents assigned to you.
• Consulting with the physician concerning resident evaluation and assisting the Director of Nursing in planning and developing nursing services.
• Helping team members grow their careers and improve patient outcomes.
• Examining residents and records to identify early signs of problems.
• Performing administrative duties such as charting and completing medical forms.
