Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to collaborate with physicians and the DON.

Responsibilities

• Confers with the Medical Director and attending physician regarding residents.
• Helps plan and develop nursing services with the Director of Nursing.
• Supports team development and growth of team members.
• Examines residents and charts to identify early problems.
• Performs administrative duties for assigned residents (forms, reports, charting).
