Job summary

Priority Management Group, LLC is seeking a dedicated LVN or RN to join our nursing team in Springtown, Texas. You will work under guidance of DON and clinical staff to provide high-quality resident care.

You will collaborate with Medical Director and physicians to evaluate residents, complete charting, and support professional growth of team members.

Qualifications

• LPN/LVN or RN license required.
• Must be in good standing with the State Board of Nursing.
• Ability to work in a team of healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Conferring with the Medical Director and attending physician about residents.
• Consulting with the physician regarding resident evaluation and planning nursing services.
• Helping the team grow and develop, supporting resident care.
• Examining residents and records to identify early health concerns.
• Performing administrative duties for assigned residents such as charting and reports.
