Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conferring with the Medical Director and attending physician regarding residents assigned to you.
• Consulting with the physician concerning resident evaluation and assisting the DON in planning and developing nursing services for the resident.
• Helping your team members grow their careers—you will change lives!
• Examining residents and their records to distinguish between normal and abnormal findings.
• Performing administrative duties regarding assigned residents, such as completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, studies, charting, etc.
