Job summary

Priority-Management is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse for a 6pm-6am overnight shift with every other weekend off. A $1,500 sign-on bonus is available for full-time hires and is paid after 30-60-90 days.

You will collaborate with the Medical Director and attending physician to plan and deliver nursing services, support resident care, and assist with administrative duties and charting. Commitment to exceptional patient care and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• Current RN or LPN license in good standing with the State Board of Nursing.
• Ability to work night shifts and weekends as required.
• Demonstrated commitment to resident-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Conferring with Medical Director and attending physician regarding residents.
• Assisting Director of Nursing in planning and developing nursing services.
• Helping team members grow their careers and improve patient outcomes.
• Examining residents and records to identify early health issues.
• Completing medical forms, reports, and charting for assigned residents.
