GPM Investments, LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager for a busy convenience store. You will support the Store Manager with day-to-day operations, run the register, and lead a small team on weekends, holidays, and second or third shifts.

Qualifications

• Open availability to work weekends, holidays and second/third shifts.
• Must have reliable transportation (valid driver's license, vehicle, proof of insurance).
• Must be physically able to clean restrooms, handle trash, and maintain outdoors areas.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager with day-to-day operations.
• Run the register and assist customers with speed, accuracy, and a positive attitude.
• Coach and motivate team members to upsell products and promotions.
• Help hire, train, and lead a high-performing team focused on customer service.
