GPM Investments, LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager to support day-to-day operations at a busy convenience store. You will run the register, guide a team, and ensure exceptional customer service while maintaining stock and cleanliness across shifts.

The role emphasizes leadership, reliability, and availability on weekends and holidays. Growth opportunities include advancing to store management within a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Open availability for weekends, holidays and multiple shifts.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
• Willing to perform cleaning, stocking and basic store upkeep tasks.
• Minimum age of 21 years or older.
• Clear English communication and basic math skills.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in retail leadership.
• Food safety certification or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager with daily operations.
• Run the register, assist customers quickly and accurately.
• Coach and motivate team to upsell products and promotions.
• Help hire, train, and lead a high-performing team.
• Act as manager in the Store Manager's absence.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and merchandising.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store including restrooms and pumps.
• Create and manage team schedules for full coverage.
• Handle daily cash, deposits, and store financials.
• Provide leadership that motivates peak performance.
