Job summary

Servpro Team Wilson! is seeking a Restoration Manager to oversee restoration projects and lead Production/Restoration crews, focusing on customer satisfaction, revenue growth, and staff development. This front-line role drives operational excellence and client success across assigned projects.

The position emphasizes leadership, coordination of crews, and ensuring safety and quality in restoration work, with responsibilities for budgeting and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required; associates or bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
• Industry certifications strongly preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in operations.
• Minimum 1 year management and/or supervisory experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills, leadership skills, and management skills.
• Effective written and oral communication skills
• Experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the customer experience and overall customer satisfaction.
• Manage the client experience and overall client satisfaction.
• Provide priority response to potential customers.
• Develop scope of work for projects and review estimates.
• Negotiate customer and/or client approval of project scope and estimate.
• Schedule crews and resources to provide service on active projects.
• Coordinate and oversee Restoration services with crews and subcontractors.
• Document and/or review job file to support the services provided.
• Maintain communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage Production/Restoration expenses.
• Manage equipment and materials (assets).
• Follow and oversee safe work practices and adherence to safety and risk management guidelines.
