Job summary

SERVPRO Team Wilson is seeking a Restoration Manager to oversee all aspects of assigned restoration projects and crews with a strong focus on customer satisfaction, revenue and profit growth, and staff development. This front-line management role leads the team to operational excellence.

The role emphasizes developing scopes of work, reviewing estimates, coordinating crews, and ensuring safety and quality across restoration services.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required; Associates or Bachelors degree strongly preferred.
• Industry certifications strongly preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in operations.
• Minimum 1 year management and/or supervisory experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills, leadership and management abilities.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.
• Experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer experience and overall customer satisfaction.
• Manage client experience and overall client satisfaction.
• Provide priority response to potential customers.
• Develop scope of work for projects and review estimates.
• Negotiate project scope and estimate approvals.
• Schedule crews and resources for active projects.
• Coordinate and oversee restoration services with crews/subcontractors.
• Document/review job files to support services.
• Maintain communication with stakeholders.
• Manage restoration expenses, equipment and materials.
• Follow safe work practices and risk management guidelines.
• Continued leadership and restoration skill development.
• Other tasks as required by the employer.
