Job summary

Servpro Team Wilson is seeking a Restoration Supervisor to coordinate and supervise restoration projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer experiences while leading technicians and coordinating with project management.

Responsibilities include scheduling, quality control, safety adherence, and clear communication with clients and staff. This on-site position offers growth opportunities and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 50 pounds regularly, up to 100 pounds with assistance.
• Able to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights.
• Experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction preferred.
• IICRC certification is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform production processes as scheduled with quality control.
• Manage customer and client experience and overall satisfaction.
• Communicate expectations to restoration technicians and supervise their activities.
• Document detailed and accurate job files.
• Manage labor and consumable usage on projects.
• Coordinate with project manager and office staff on progress.
