Trevecca Center for Rehabilitation and Healing in Tennessee seeks a full-time Respiratory Therapist to join a skilled nursing team. The RT will assess and treat geriatric residents, manage respiratory therapies, and maintain documentation with and without supervision.

Experience with tracheotomy and LTC settings is preferred. Candidate must be licensed (RRT or CRT) in the practicing state and hold BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Graduate of COARC accredited AS or BS Respiratory Therapy program.
• Licensed as RRT or CRT in the practicing state.

Responsabilités

• Conduct assessments and implement respiratory techniques to progress rehab patients.
• Initiate therapies, document patient records, operate and maintain equipment.
• Provide bedside respiratory treatments and educate nursing staff quarterly.
• Maintain daily/weekly/monthly documentation and participate in IDT meetings.
• Experience with tracheotomy and long-term care settings.
• Follow facility policies and procedures and manage caseload.
