Trevecca Center for Rehabilitation and Healing in Tennessee seeks a full-time Respiratory Therapist to join a skilled nursing team. The candidate will assess, initiate and monitor respiratory therapies, maintain records, and participate in IDT meetings, with a focus on geriatric residents.

Licensing as RRT or CRT in the state and a willingness to work a weekend schedule (Saturday and Sunday, 4–6 hours per shift, potentially up to 8) are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of COARC accredited AS or BS Respiratory program and licensed as RRT/CRT.
• Licensed in the practicing state with BLS certification.

Responsabilités

• Complete assessments and implement respiratory techniques.
• Initiate therapies, maintain records, operate and assemble equipment.
• Perform bedside treatments and quarterly in-services for staff.
• Maintain daily, weekly and monthly documentation and participate in IDT meetings.
• Experience with tracheotomy and long-term care settings.
• Adhere to facility policies and procedures and manage caseloads.
