Aufgaben

• Welcome guests in a respectful, trauma-informed and culturally responsive manner and orient them to Resource Center expectations and policies.
• Maintain safe, clean, and welcoming spaces.
• Assist with laundry, custodial tasks, daily cleaning lists, and mealtime management.
• Conduct intakes and basic needs assessments.
• Complete written shift documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
• Communicate with team members, service coordinators, managers.
• Assist with on-site services, workshops, or partner visits.
• Respond to crises, conflict, medical needs, and behavioral challenges.
• Participate in team meetings and weekly supervision.
• Report incidents and contact emergency services when needed.
• Support guests with applications, forms, and accessing online services.
