Qualifications

• High School Diploma required and experience with youth in residential settings.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Document incidents during shift and report them.
• Respond to crisis situations using Behavior Management Techniques.
• Maintain safety and security of residents and facility when supervisor is absent.
• Coordinate transportation and daily activities for residents.
