Bonfire is seeking a dedicated part-time Customer Support specialist to provide consistent weekend coverage and help buyers and sellers navigate our platform. This role is remote and requires reliable weekend availability on Saturdays and Sundays, with steady weekly hours.

You will respond to inquiries via email and chat, guide users with clear instructions and visuals, and collaborate with teammates to resolve issues and improve the customer experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience or related role.
• Excellent written English, including grammar, spelling and tone.
• Strong attention to detail and solid organizational habits.

Responsibilities

• Answer questions via email and chat and follow issues through to resolution.
• Educate sellers and buyers to get the most out of Bonfire using clear writing and visuals.
• Be the voice for the customer by sharing feedback and flagging trends for improvement.
