• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Available to work Saturdays and Sundays, 8 hours per day.
• Able to read, speak and understand basic English.
• Kitchen experience preferred.
• Must obtain food handler permits within two weeks of start date.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and present high-quality dishes by cooking a variety of proteins and vegetables and ensure each plate looks appealing.
• Contribute ideas during meetings and maintain coverage of the service line during meal hours.
• Complete all assigned opening and closing tasks for each shift and support teammates to maintain a clean, safe kitchen.
• Keep stations stocked and organized with fresh supplies and monitor refrigeration as needed.
• Ensure a sanitary kitchen by cleaning work areas and equipment and recording temperatures.
