Resort Lifestyle Communities is seeking a Relief Cook to cover Saturdays and Sundays in our scratch-based kitchen in Williamsburg, VA. You’ll prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner, ensuring meals are safely cooked, visually appealing, and portioned to resident preferences.

Build friendly relationships with residents and teammates to create a warm weekend atmosphere. We’re looking for candidates who are at least 18, can work Sundays and Mondays, have kitchen prep experience, and can obtain a food

Qualifikationen

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work every Sunday and Monday, at least 8 hours per day.
• Ability to read, speak and understand basic English.
• Experience in kitchen preparation and cooking is preferred.
• Ability to secure food handler permits as required within two weeks of starting.

Aufgaben

• Prepare and present high-quality dishes by cooking proteins and vegetables and ensuring plates look appealing.
• Engage in continuous improvement by sharing ideas and staying attentive on the service line.
• Complete all opening and closing tasks for each shift, assisting teammates to keep the kitchen clean and organized.
• Keep stations stocked and organized by maintaining supplies and monitoring refrigeration.
• Maintain a sanitary kitchen by cleaning areas and recording temperatures.
