Job summary

Resort Lifestyle Communities is seeking a Relief Cook to cover Saturdays and Sundays in our scratch-based kitchen, preparing breakfast, lunch and dinner. You will cook with a focus on quality, presentation, and portioning to match resident preferences while building friendly relationships with residents and teammates.

You must be at least 18, able to work weekends, and have basic English. Prior kitchen prep and cooking experience is preferred and food handler permits may be required within two

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to work Saturdays and Sundays for 8 hours.
• Able to read, speak and understand basic English.
• Experience in kitchen preparation and cooking is preferred.
• Must secure food handler permits within two weeks of start date.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present high-quality dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
• Contribute ideas during service and stay attentive on the line.
• Complete opening and closing tasks for each shift and support teammates.
• Keep stations stocked and organized with fresh pantry items and proper refrigeration.
• Maintain a sanitary kitchen by cleaning work areas and equipment.
