Job summary

Complete Care at Green Knoll in New Jersey is seeking an RN Supervisor to lead our nursing team on a weekend/part-time schedule. You will supervise staff, ensure quality care, monitor medication distribution, and support the care plans for residents while maintaining a safe, respectful environment.

Active NJ RN license required; a associate or bachelor’s degree in nursing; long-term care experience preferred but not required; supervisory experience a plus; LPNs with leadership potential may be

• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
• Long-term care experience preferred but not required.
• Supervisory or leadership experience is a plus.
• LPNs with strong leadership potential may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff and ensure quality care is delivered on your shift.
• Monitor and support medication distribution, blood draws, and treatment plans.
• Conduct rounds to assess resident needs and staff performance.
• Educate residents, families, and team members as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
• Collaborate with leadership to support a culture of excellence.
• Additional duties as assigned by the Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing, or Administrator.
