Job summary

Complete Care Management is seeking an RN Supervisor to lead nursing teams and guide caregivers, ensuring high-quality care in a respectful and safe environment for our residents. The role includes supervising staff, monitoring medication distribution and treatment plans, conducting rounds to assess needs and staff performance, and educating residents and families.

It also requires ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey RN license (unencumbered).
• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
• Supervisory or leadership experience is a plus.
• LPNs with strong leadership potential may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff and ensure quality care is delivered on your shift.
• Monitor and support medication distribution, blood draws, and treatment plans.
• Conduct rounds to assess resident needs and staff performance.
• Educate residents, families, and team members as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
• Collaborate with leadership to support a culture of excellence.
• Additional duties as assigned by the Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing, or Administrator.
