Job summary

Complete Care in Franklin Township, NJ is seeking an RN Supervisor to lead the nursing team on evenings and nights. Join a newly renovated center and help supervise medication administration, blood draws, and resident care with a focus on safety and quality.

Requirements include an active NJ RN license, BLS, and an associate's or bachelor's degree in nursing. Prior SNF management is preferred; training and career advancement opportunities are provided in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• BLS certification required
• Bachelor's or Associate degree in Nursing

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise nursing staff on the assigned shift, monitoring medication administration, blood draws, and other resident care tasks
• Conduct nursing rounds on each unit multiple times per shift
• Provide education and support to staff, residents, and resident families as needed
• Ensure staff comply with local, state, and federal guidelines for resident care and safety
• Support the nursing team in maintaining high standards of resident care and safety
• Perform other duties as assigned by Nursing leadership or Administrator

Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor Qualifications & Responsibilities:

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• BLS, IV Certified
• Current, Unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse License
• Previous long-term care experience is preferred but not required
• Directly supervise nursing staff on the assigned shift by monitoring medication administration, blood draws, and other elements of resident care
• Conduct nursing rounds on each unit multiple times throughout the shift
• Provide education and support to staff, residents, and resident family members as needed
• Ensure staff are performing all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines
• Support the nursing team in maintaining high standards of resident care and safety
• Other duties as assigned by the Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing, or Administrator
• Minimum 2 years SNF management experience
