Job summary

Complete Care Management in New Jersey seeks an RN Registered Nurse Supervisor to lead nursing staff, oversee daily clinical operations, and ensure high-quality resident care. The role involves supervising shifts, mentoring team members, and maintaining compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor Degree in Nursing
• Current, Unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse License
• At least 1 year of long-term care or subacute experience preferred
• Experience using Point Click Care (PCC) is preferred

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise the nursing staff on assigned shift and monitor medication distribution and patient care activities
• Conduct nursing rounds on each unit multiple times during the shift
• Provide education to staff, residents, and resident family members as needed
• Ensure staff perform duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines
• Perform other duties as assigned by Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing or Administrator

Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor Degree in Nursing


• Current, Unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse License

• Computer Knowledge and experience using Point Click Care (PCC)

Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor Responsibilities
