Job summary

Complete Care at Arbors in Manchester Township, NJ is seeking a Registered Nurse Supervisor to lead nursing staff and ensure high-quality resident care. The role emphasizes clinical leadership, staff support, and adherence to regulatory guidelines.

You will supervise on assigned shifts, participate in rounds, and mentor team members. A NJ RN license and a nursing degree are required; long-term care supervision experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
• Current, Unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse License
• Previous experience supervising nursing staff in a long-term care setting is preferred

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise the nursing staff on assigned shift by monitoring the distribution of medications, blood draws, and all other elements of patient care
• Conduct nursing rounds on each unit multiple times throughout the shift
• Provide education, as needed, to staff, residents and resident family members
• Ensure staff are performing all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines
• Other duties as assigned by Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing or Administrator
