Job summary

Complete Care in New Jersey is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor to join our team for weekend coverage with shifts 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, and 11pm-7am, plus per diem 11-7 for weekdays and weekends.

You will supervise nursing staff, oversee medications, and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering compassionate, high-quality resident care in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree required (ASN or BSN).
• Active, unencumbered New Jersey RN license.
• Experience in long-term care or subacute settings preferred for supervisor role.
• Leadership responsibilities include supervising nursing staff and ensuring care quality.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nursing staff during your assigned shift.
• Oversee medication administration, blood draws, and other clinical duties.
• Conduct regular nursing rounds and ensure high standards of resident care.
• Educate staff, residents and families as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned by nursing leadership.

Qualifications & Responsibilities:

• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
