Job summary

Complete Care West Caldwell in New Jersey seeks an experienced RN Supervisor to lead our nursing team on weekend shifts. The role includes supervising staff, overseeing medications, and maintaining high standards of resident care.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
• Active, unencumbered New Jersey RN license.
• At least 1 year of long-term care or subacute experience; supervisor experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nursing staff during your assigned shift.
• Oversee medication administration, blood draws, and other clinical duties.
• Conduct regular nursing rounds and ensure high standards of resident care.
• Educate staff, residents, and families as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned by nursing leadership.
