Job summary

Complete Care is seeking a Weekend RN Supervisor to lead our nursing team on weekend shifts in New Jersey. The ideal candidate holds an active NJ RN license and a nursing degree, with prior long‑term care experience preferred. You will supervise staff, monitor medications and rounds, and educate residents and families as needed.

• Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
• Current, unencumbered New Jersey RN license.
• Long-term care experience preferred but not required.
• Directly supervise the nursing staff on assigned shift by monitoring medications, blood draws, and other patient care elements.
• Conduct nursing rounds on each unit multiple times during the shift.
• Provide education to staff, residents and families as needed.
• Ensure staff comply with local, state, and federal guidelines.

Registered Nurse-RN Supervisor Qualifications & Responsibilities:

• Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
• Current, Unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse License
• Previous long-term care experience is preferred but not required
• Directly supervise the nursing staff on assigned shift by monitoring the distribution of medications, blood draws, and other elements of patient care
• Conduct nursing rounds on each unit multiple times throughout the shift
• Provide education, as needed, to staff, residents and resident family members
• Ensure staff are performing all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines
• Other duties as assigned by Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing or Administrator

Registered Nurse-RN Supervisor Schedules & Benefits:

• Schedule: Weekend shift 7-3p ; 3-11p
