Job summary

Complete Care in New Jersey is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Weekend Supervisor to oversee daily clinical operations, mentor nursing staff, and ensure residents receive high-quality care. You will lead on weekend shifts, coordinate med administration, monitor rounds, and uphold regulatory standards in a supportive, team-focused environment.

The role requires an active NJ RN license, an associate or bachelor’s degree in nursing, and prior long-term care or subacute experience.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor Degree in Nursing.
• Current, Unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse License.
• At least 1 year of long-term care or subacute experience is preferred but not required.
• Computer knowledge and experience using Point Click Care (PCC).

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise the nursing staff on assigned shift by monitoring the distribution of medications, blood draws, and other elements of patient care.
• Conduct nursing rounds on each unit multiple times throughout the shift.
• Provide education, as needed, to staff, residents and resident family members.
• Ensure staff are performing all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned by Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing or Administrator.
