Job summary

Serene Gardens of Hartland is seeking a friendly receptionist to be the first point of contact for residents, visitors, and callers. You will greet people, answer phones, direct inquiries, manage mail, assist with scheduling, and keep the reception area neat and organized.

Ideal candidates have excellent communication, strong organization, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Prior customer-service experience and a high school diploma or equivalent are preferred.
