• Answer telephone in a professional, courteous and pleasant manner and direct to appropriate departments.
• Verify and enter radiology orders in the radiology information system.
• Register patient using electronic registration system and necessary forms.
• Verify benefits and insurance authorizations as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA regulations.
