Responsibilities

• Promotes the facility mission, vision and values in daily work.
• Provides high quality service and telephone etiquette to customers.
• Obtains required demographic information to register the patient accurately.
• Communicates with doctor’s office to obtain missing orders for medical necessity.
• Reviews and confirms patient insurance information and benefits.
• Performs appointment scheduling and registers patients for services.
• Prints itemized bills when requested.
• Ensures HIPAA confidentiality and patient privacy.
