NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital is seeking an Access Service Representative for Radiology on a part-time weekend shift. You will greet patients, verify demographics, and support the registration process across radiology sites, ensuring accuracy in the ADT/EHR system.

This role requires at least a high school diploma, one year registrar experience, basic computer skills, and strong customer service. The position is on-site in Brooklyn, with Saturday and Sunday morning hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of registrar-related experience.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, sit, and lift 10+ lbs.

Responsibilities

• Register patients accurately and courteously in ADT/EHR systems.
• Interview patients or representatives for financial and demographic data.
• Perform pre-registration and registration functions including insurance verification and authorization.
• Maintain smooth workflow in department registration areas.
• Provide outstanding customer service to patients and visitors.
