Qualifications

• Minimum two years registration experience.
• Medical terminology familiarity.
• Strong telephone and interpersonal communication skills.
• Insurance experience preferred.
• Computer experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Register and pre-register patients accurately in the system.
• Verify demographics, insurance details, and collect signatures.
• Greet and assist patients, providing courteous service.
• Coordinate booking and callbacks for appointments.
• Maintain forms and operate Epic/Visage systems safely.
• Support radiology scheduling and patient flow.
