Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• CCC-SLP certification required.
• State licensure to practice SLP.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 90 days.
• Previous SLP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interpret physician referrals and perform speech-language evaluations.
• Develop and implement written plans of care.
• Monitor outcomes and adjust treatment plans.
• Discharge planning and home programs; patient/family teaching.
• Complete documentation and coding per policy.
• Attend to safety and infection-control measures.
• Collaborate with care team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Support student education programs as requested.
