Job summary

Advocate Condell Medical Center seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist for part-time hours in the Acute Care Rehabilitation department. Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech Pathology from an accredited program.
• Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in at least one state.
• BLS certification or eligibility required.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements written plans of care with measurable goals.
• Plans discharge with home programs and family education.
• Documents patient care and outcomes per policy.
• Maintains productivity standards and billing documentation.
