Job summary

Front Range Veterinary Clinic in Fort Collins, CO, is seeking a Part-Time Client Services Representative to join our veterinary team. This role focuses on delivering a welcoming, organized, and compassionate client experience, supporting doctors and staff, and maintaining accurate client records.

The position requires a high school diploma, strong communication, and the ability to work Fridays and Saturdays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable using computers and able to learn new software and systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a professional, compassionate approach.
• Strong organization and multitasking abilities in a busy environment.
• Able to work well in a collaborative team to ensure a positive client experience.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and patients, manage check-in/check-out, schedule appointments and rechecks, and assist visitors and vendors.
• Answer and direct phone calls, respond to client questions, and relay messages to the hospital team.
• Process client payments, review invoices, and assist with routine end-of-day front desk procedures.
• Assist clients compassionately with euthanasia and aftercare paperwork as needed, conveying sensitive concerns to the team.
• Complete daily administrative tasks such as printing schedules, filing, emailing records, and maintaining client files.
• Maintain accurate client and patient information within the hospital systems and records.
• Communicate effectively with doctors and staff to keep appointments and workflow moving smoothly.
• Keep the reception area clean, organized, and professional.
• Protect client and patient confidentiality and follow hospital policies.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support front desk operations.
