Job summary

A Pet’s Place Animal Hospital is seeking a Client Service Representative in Longmont, Colorado to deliver an exceptional client experience. You will manage front desk reception, appointment scheduling, and basic veterinary records.

Weekend availability, a high school diploma, and prior veterinary experience are preferred. You will handle payments and reminders, greet clients and patients, and support the team to ensure smooth visits.

Qualifications

• Weekend work availability.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous veterinary experience preferred.
• Client satisfaction references preferred.
• Practices OSHA safety techniques including proper PPE.

Responsibilities

• Lead opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain front desk and reception areas.
• Process payments and credit accounts.
• Schedule appointments and manage workflow.
• Update client/patient files as needed.
• Send client correspondence and reminders.
• Backup and maintain computer systems.
• Greet clients and patients warmly.
• Answer incoming calls with proper etiquette.
• Handle emergencies per clinic policy.
