Job summary

Festival Animal Clinic in Centennial, CO is hiring a Veterinary Receptionist / Client Service Representative to be the welcoming face of our hospital. In this fast-paced role, you will create exceptional client experiences, manage appointments and daily patient flow, handle multi-line phones, and support clients with information about our services.

We offer full-time scheduling from 7:30am to 5:30pm, with some flexibility, a benefits package including health, life, disability, 401k, paid time

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in a customer service, reception, or client-facing role.
• Previous veterinary receptionist or healthcare front-desk experience preferred.
• Ability to manage a multi-phone line system while assisting in-person clients.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
