Job summary

NVA Equine is seeking a Veterinary Client Service Representative to greet clients, manage appointments, and support front desk operations in a fast-paced AAHA-accredited hospital. You will coordinate client communications and ensure pets receive timely care while owners stay informed and reassured.

The role requires strong multitasking abilities, a positive attitude, and reliable attendance with some Saturday shifts. Prior veterinary front desk experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience; veterinary experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills; bilingual ability is a plus.
• Experience with multi-line phone systems and front desk responsibilities.
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn software quickly.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly, answer inquiries, and schedule appointments with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Manage veterinary software systems to update patient records, process appointments, and handle billing procedures.
• Communicate effectively with clients about pet care instructions, vaccination schedules, and follow-up appointments.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of front desk area, including filing documents and managing veterinary administrative tasks.
• Ability to multi-task in a multi-doctor practice.
• Contribute to a positive team environment by collaborating with colleagues on pet care.
