Ivy Fertility in Bellevue, WA is seeking a Third Party IVF Coordinator-RN to join our team. This full-time position supports physicians, coordinates patient cycles, and educates patients on infertility protocols.

The ideal candidate has nursing background, strong communication skills, and eligibility for Washington RN licensure or NCLEX within three months. Office locations include Bellevue and Seattle with full benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with WA RN licensure in scope or NCLEX pending within 3 months.
• CPR Certification (Healthcare provider level)
• Ability to work full-time in Bellevue or Seattle office
• Experience with EMR, Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel; SharePoint a plus.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for ongoing communication between physician and patient.
• Triage phone calls regarding medications, treatment plans, and test results.
• Maintain patient charting, testing, and flow sheets.
• Apply basic nursing principles with professional judgment.
• Educate patients on infertility evaluations, medications, treatment protocols, and procedures.
• Support patients through ART and egg donation cycles.
• Coordinate patient cycles with physicians and infertility tests/treatment plans.
• Assist with FDA testing and treatment calendar creation; support LGBTQ+ patients.
