Shelter House, Inc. is seeking a Residential Coordinator PT for weekend overnight shifts (12am-8am) at Katherine Hanley Family Shelter.

You will provide 24-hour awake coverage, supervise residents, and act as the primary contact for client needs while coordinating with case managers to support service plans. Responsibilities include crisis intervention, documentation, safety management, and assisting with medications.

Formación

• A high school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of experience in human services field i.e., mental health, substance abuse, homeless and domestic violence
• Ability to build strong working relationships with clients and team members
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Valid Driver's License
• Willingness work evenings and weekends when needed
• Bachelor's in human services/ related field (preferred)
• 1 year of experience in customer service (preferred)
• Experience working in programs serving homeless families (preferred)
• Experience working in a residential environment (preferred)
• Current CPR/ First aid certification (preferred)

Responsabilidades

• Provide essential 24-hour awake coverage and supervision of the shelter.
• Serve as first point of contact for client needs and support.
• Crisis intervention, facilities management, and safe shelter operation.
• Maintain front desk operations and a positive living environment.
• Coordinate with case managers to support client service plans.
• Assist with documentation and shift handoffs to ensure consistency.
• Administer basic health and safety procedures including emergencies.
• Support donations and volunteer programs as needed.
• Attend staff meetings and trainings as directed.
