DHL Supply Chain is seeking an Operations Manager II to oversee warehouse operations, lead a Supervisors team, and drive efficiency across processes. You will implement labor planning, safety programs, and data-driven improvements in a dynamic environment.

The role emphasizes coaching, collaboration with HR, and cross-functional coordination to meet customer expectations while maintaining a strong safety culture and cost controls. This is a full-time position with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferred.
• 1+ years in logistics industry, required.
• 2+ years in supervisory or management role, required.
• Experience with P&L management, objective setting, and project management, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a diverse team of Supervisors and indirect reports, coaching and supporting as needed.
• Develop and implement efficient workflows, labor plan, standardize processes, and introduce best practices to boost productivity and reduce costs.
• Uphold compliance with health and safety regulations and foster a culture of safety.
• Compile reports on KPIs, including productivity and accuracy, to guide decisions and improvements.
• Foster open communication among leadership and associates to promote transparency and teamwork.
• Collaborate with HR/site leadership to hire Supervisors aligned with values and job requirements.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
• Partner with customers to address concerns and ensure exceptional service.
