DHL Supply Chain is hiring an Operations Manager II to lead a diverse team of Supervisors in our warehouse operations. This role will drive process improvements, optimize labor plans, and ensure safety and compliance while delivering reliable order fulfillment and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
1+ years logistics industry experience.
2+ years supervisory/management experience.
Experience with P&L management, objective setting, and project management preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead, motivate and develop a diverse team of Supervisors and indirect reports.
Develop and implement efficient workflows, labor plans, standardized processes, and best practices.
Uphold health and safety regulations to foster a culture of safety.
Compile reports on KPIs, productivity, and accuracy to support decisions.
Foster open communication and collaboration among leadership and associates.
Partner with HR and site leadership to ensure a thorough hiring process for Supervisors.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely customer order fulfillment.
Address customer concerns to achieve exceptional satisfaction.
