DHL Supply Chain seeks an Operations Manager II to lead a team and optimize warehouse operations across our nationwide operations. You will develop workflows, manage labor, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards while driving efficiency and cost reductions.

The role focuses on coaching supervisors, partnering with HR for talent selection, and maintaining strong cross-functional collaboration to meet customer expectations and deliver results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferred.
• 1+ years logistics industry experience, required.
• 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or management role, required.
• Experience with P&L management, objective setting, and project management, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a diverse team of Supervisors and indirect reports, while building a culture of inclusion.
• Develop and implement efficient workflows, labor plan, standardize processes, and drive best practices to improve productivity and reduce costs.
• Uphold health and safety regulations to foster a culture of safety.
• Compile reports on KPIs including productivity and accuracy to inform decisions and drive improvements.
• Foster open communication and collaboration among leadership and associates to promote transparency and teamwork.
• Collaborate with HR and site leadership to ensure a thorough hiring process for Supervisors.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders.
• Engage with customers to address concerns and drive exceptional customer satisfaction.
