Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking an Operations Manager II to oversee nationwide warehouse operations and drive efficiency. You will lead a diverse team, implement workflows, and uphold safety standards to reduce costs and boost productivity.

With over 500 facilities and 50,000 associates, you’ll collaborate with HR and cross-functional teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and strong customer satisfaction across our network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 1+ years logistics industry experience required.
• 2+ years in a supervisory or management role required.
• Experience with P&L management, objective setting, and project management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a diverse team of Supervisors and indirect reports, building inclusion and belonging.
• Develop and implement efficient workflows, labor plans, standardize processes, and improve productivity.
• Uphold health and safety regulations and foster a culture of safety.
• Compile reports on KPIs, including productivity and accuracy metrics, for decision making.
• Facilitate open communication among leadership and associates to promote teamwork.
• Collaborate with HR and site leadership to recruit Supervisors aligned with company values.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to fulfill customer orders on time.
• Partner with customers to address concerns and enhance satisfaction.
