Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking an Operations Supervisor - Distribution for a weekend shift (Friday–Sunday, 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.). You will lead a frontline team, drive safe and efficient warehouse operations, and monitor KPIs to identify improvements.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferred.
1+ years operations experience in a lead/supervisor/management role, preferred.
1+ years logistics industry experience, preferred.
Staff management, workload planning, objective setting and organizational skills, preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead, motivate and develop a diverse team of frontline associates, fostering inclusion and belonging.
Uphold health and safety regulations, promoting a culture of safety.
Monitor KPIs and operational metrics; provide reports and recommendations to management.
Foster open communication and collaboration among leadership and associates.
