Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in the United States is seeking an Operations Manager II to lead a diverse team of Supervisors and indirect reports in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will design and implement efficient workflows, labor plans, and best practices to improve productivity, cut costs, and ensure safety compliance.

You will partner with HR and site leadership to hire and develop talent, collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer demand, and maintain a strong focus on customer

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferred.
• 1+ years logistics industry experience, required.
• 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or management role, required.
• Experience with P&L management, objective setting, and project management, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a diverse team of Supervisors and indirect reports, providing coaching and support while building inclusion and belonging.
• Develop and implement efficient workflows, labor plans, standardize processes, and introduce best practices to boost productivity and cut costs.
• Uphold health and safety regulations and foster a culture of safety.
• Prepare reports on KPIs such as productivity and accuracy to support decisions and continuous improvement.
• Foster open communication and collaboration among leadership and associates for alignment and teamwork.
• Collaborate with HR and site leadership to hire Supervisors and select top talent.
• Work with cross-functional teams to fulfill customer orders promptly and accurately.
• Partner with customers to address concerns and enhance customer satisfaction.
