Planned Companies in Boston is seeking a Concierge professional to greet tenants, guests, and vendors, while coordinating services and maintaining a welcoming, secure lobby environment.

The role runs Friday through Monday nights from 11pm to 7am, totaling 32 hours per week, at $19.75 per hour. Candidates should have 3+ years of Concierge or lead security experience and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Concierge or Lead Security experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of local attractions and establishments.
• Polite, friendly, self-assured and able to multitask with good time-management.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs when needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet, announce, and provide direction to tenants, guests, and vendors upon entering the building.
• Develop and maintain relationships with tenants to provide individualized experiences, including reservations and events.
• Plan and organize on-site events and coordinate referrals to local entertainment and services.
• Provide direction and access to local attractions, dining, and transportation options.
• Document, secure and track mail, deliveries and vendor services.
• Answer telephones, monitor lobby, and manage keys and access cards.
