Responsibilities

• Greet residents, visitors and vendors; log them into logs.
• Maintain logs and files relevant to building operations.
• Maintain shift notes for communication across shifts.
• Answer phones and greet prospects professionally.
• Accept packages and maintain the Delivery Log.
• Provide resident services: lockout assistance, holding keys, taxi calls, access for authorized personnel.
• Assist with resident events and move-ins/outs, elevator scheduling.
• Inspect common areas for cleanliness and safety.
• Monitor security systems and ensure property is secure.
• Follow emergency procedures and contact authorities as directed.
• Represent the company professionally at all times.
