Job summary

National Fitness Partners, the largest Planet Fitness franchise, is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative for its Indianapolis-area clubs. Starting pay is $13 per hour with weekend shifts (Saturdays and Sundays 6:45 AM–1 PM).

You will help members, greet guests, sign up new members, and log amenities while upholding a clean, friendly club environment. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, 18+ years old, basic computer skills, and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones politely and greet members and guests.
• Sign up and tour new members; log amenities.
• Process purchases at the point of sale and promote classes.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized club environment.
